You can get rid of this pesky rascal by going to Control panel.Then select Administrative ToolsThen Component ServicesThen ServicesThen Component ServicesThen scroll down to "Messenger"Then right click and select propertiesGo to Startup Type, and change it to Disabled.Then dance a little jig!
