Contact your local Child Support Enforcement Agency and ask them to review your court order. Normally every 2 1/2 to 3 yrs. an order can be reviewed for modification. When the order was set up they used a specific worksheet for 50/50 custody. If you have full custody now...a different worksheet should be used. Most states allow a child 12 or older to state which parent they want to live with.. Call his bluff and get moving so you can adequately support your daughter. They may also revoke his tax exemption. The Child Support Office will do this for you at little or no cost.
