Why Is Hawaii State the only state free(or less) of racial discrimination ?

Someone on this board posted "the Top Ten Racist Countries". It reminds me of Jim Bohannon Radio Show. Once he said, Hawaiian State is the only one you find none or less racial discrimination in the US. Why?

IN my opinion, Mr. Bohannon doesn't know squat. Having lived in Hawaii for 10 years, I can tell you this. To get anywhere over there, professionally, and especially in politics, you better be Asian or Native Hawaiian. Jobs go to Asians & Natives first; political offices go to Asians & Native or those who are married to Asians/Natives and have been schooled in their culture.

He knows 'zero' . I was amazed how racist USA is. The only differance with Hawaii its 'positive' discrimination.
