I'm looking for someone who breeds rats within (hopefully short) driving distance from Bloomington, IN.Note: I've already googled it and found a few on altpet....but I was hoping to find more that maybe aren't registered on these sites.
Expired. Item not available anymore. |

I live in Canada so I'm not much of a help to you.The Ratster is a list of reputable, ethical, breeders (whether or not they have a website), and since we all know of each other anyone listed here can help you reach your goal of obtaining a healthy baby rat. I'm going to go to my rat forums and inquire for a rattery close to you.

My roomate and I had run into the same problem of not knowing of a rat breeder in Indiana, so we ended up finding one about 6 hrs away in Michigan, and now it came about that we are going to start breeding rats under the mentorship of this other rattery to serve the Indiana area. So if anyone is still interested, we currently have ratties available, and are located in Lafayette, Indiana near Purdue University. Our e-mail address is tmcuriouscritters?*****.com We are in the works for getting put on Ratster. We are already registered with the North American Rat Registry (NARR) and will be getting breeders assistant to keep track of all our record keeping. Our website is tmcuriouscritters.com We are going to be breeding for health and temperament first and formost. Also focusing on the colors of black and blue. We will have dumbo and standard ears, rex and standard coats, and we are very excited to have the chance to start a dwarf line as well. So just e-mail us if anyone is interested and check out our website.
