Is now a good time to buy a home in Utah county?
I have 50k that I inherited and I'm thinking about buying a new home that I will sell in 3-4 years when I move back to California. The home I'm looking at is 2,000 sq ft going for 205,500 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Is the market really bad now? Should I buy or keep renting?
